October, 2024 - At Superion, we believe in more than just delivering top-tier Managed IT Services and Cyber Security solutions – We focus on building a company culture together where our team thrives both professionally and personally.  Recently, members of our BC team, including colleagues from Vancouver Island, embarked on a fun-filled, adrenaline-packed evening of team building at the Zero Latency VR facility at Willowbrook Mall, in Langley, BC. This night wasn't just about gaming – It was about strengthening our core values:  Teamwork, Hard Work, Play, and achieving a Healthy Work-Life Balance.

We kicked off the evening by diving into the immersive world of Space Marine VR, where we collectively defended against Xenos invaders in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.  As we geared up and took on our roles as Space Marines, it became clear that teamwork was essential.  Much like our day-to-day operations at Superion, success in the game depended on communication, collaboration, and shared focus.

Next, we split into teams and faced off in Sol Raiders, a team-vs-team game that tested not just our skills but also our ability to adapt, strategize, and work together under pressure. Each player brought their unique strengths to the table, and while competition was fierce, it highlighted the same diverse skill set that makes our team successful in delivering exceptional client experiences.

The night wasn’t just about virtual reality; it was about connecting as colleagues and friends.
